Founded in 2013, B. Wolf & Sons is a full-service real estate investment firm that manages approximately 2,800 units throughout Metro Atlanta.

We are committed to completing projects on time and on ensuring that the budget is supported by the capabilities of our in-house construction management professionals. From conception and planning to completion, our management team works with development members and third-party contractors to maintain necessary insight and input on the designs, schedules, and costs. In addition, our management team makes having a presence at the job sites a top priority, providing the necessary oversight while exploring building system alternatives, securing appropriate entitlements, and overseeing the projects’ bids and contract processes.
